Foster City, CA – The Foster City Chamber of Commerce, represented by Executive Director Crystal Tilton, has successfully participated in the 30th annual Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair in Lanzhou, China. This prestigious trip was organized by the China-US Business Summit and highlighted the Chamber's commitment to international cooperation and economic development.

The fair, held in the dynamic city of Lanzhou, featured a rich tapestry of cultural exploration, business forums, matchmaking industry mixers, and international exhibitions. Attendees experienced the best of global goods and services, culminating in a captivating live ballet performance showcasing the event's cultural richness.
A significant highlight of the summit was the signing of a cooperation agreement between the China-US Business Summit and the Chamber of International Commerce in Gansu Province. This agreement marks a significant step towards fostering stronger business relationships and collaborative ventures between the two regions.
Crystal Tilton was joined by over 20 other distinguished American professionals from various industries, three of whom were keynote speakers at the event. Their presentations were met with great enthusiasm and laid the groundwork for future collaboration:
· Kris Singh, Founder and President of SRII Silicon Valley, delivered an insightful talk on "Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the 21st Century's Digital Economy," emphasizing the importance of technological advancements in today's economy.
· Rosemary Coates, President of Blue Silk Consulting and best-selling author, spoke on "Resiliency in Post-Pandemic Supply Chains," highlighting the need for adaptable and resilient supply chain strategies in the current global market.
· Gregory Fox, Dean of Applied Sciences at Ensign College, discussed "Building Cooperation between Lanzhou / Gansu Region and Silicon Valley Entrepreneurs," stressing the potential for synergistic partnerships that leverage the strengths of both regions.
